Dog City (TM “Dog City”), owned by Sandra Andriivna Ishchenko (address: 04070, Kyiv, 16-B Borisoglibska St., apt. 6-A), hereinafter referred to as the Company, offers any Internet user (hereinafter referred to as the User) to use the website https://dogcity.ua/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site) in accordance with the rules set forth below (hereinafter referred to as the Rules).
General provisions
The Site is an information resource for obtaining Dog City services, on which the following are published: information about the company, description of services, prices, photos, blog, contacts, news, articles, and other materials. Access to the Site is provided on the terms of a non-exclusive free license for personal use. The Site contains publications in Russian and English. The Website has no age restrictions.
Status of the Rules
2.1 The Rules are a public offer.

3.7 Use the Company’s brand name and trademarks without the owner’s permission.

The Company has the right to:
4.1 Post any information on the Website that does not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine.
4.2 Change sections, change links to materials.
4.3 Remove or restrict access to any information posted on the Website without prior notice to the User and without explanation.
4.4 Block any User’s access to the Website without prior notice to the User and without explanation.
Intellectual property
5.1 The User undertakes to respect the intellectual property rights of the objects posted on the Website.

About claims
6.1 If the User believes that any material on the Site violates their rights, the User must send a complaint to the Company at info@dogcity.ua containing the following information:
6.1.1. the User’s rights that they believe have been violated;
6.1.2. the address where the disputed material is located;
6.1.3. a quote from the disputed text or an indication of the disputed object so that it can be identified;
6.1.4. evidence that the disputed material violates the User’s rights.
6.2 Based on the complaint, the Company may decide to satisfy it, satisfy it in part, or reject it.
Responsibility
7.1 The Company is not responsible for information posted by Users in comments on the Website’s pages on social networks.
7.2 The Company is not responsible for possible interruptions in the operation of the Website and the loss of materials posted on the Website.
